In the third episode of Wolfenstein 3D, titled "Die, Fuhrer, Die!", the main character William J. Blazkowicz must infiltrate a Nazi bunker where Adolf Hitler is located and eliminate him. The episode takes place in the final days of World War II, with the Nazi regime on the brink of collapse. Blazkowicz must fight his way through heavily guarded areas, including a secret laboratory where the Nazis are experimenting with genetic engineering, in order to reach Hitler and stop him from unleashing a new wave of terror upon the world. The episode is notable for its intense action sequences and challenging level design, which require players to use their skills and wits to survive.
Episodes Four, Five and Six are the Nocturnal Missions.
Adolf Hitler starts to discern that he is losing the war. He retreats to his bunker under the Reichstag in Berlin. This is where Episode 3 takes place. B.J. fights hos way through nine (or ten) levels before finding and assassinating Hitler, who, with his multiple chain-guns and mechanical suit, serves as a double boss of Episode Three.
